My career has been a journey through the multiple dimensions of human wellness—as a competitive powerlifter, a nutritionist, and a Registered Nurse. In each arena, I witnessed a fundamental paradox: the most capable, high-achieving women were often the most critical of themselves, trapped in a cycle where external strength did not translate to internal peace.
This paradox is what led me to my current Master's studies in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I saw that the traditional fitness model was fundamentally backwards, promising that perfecting the outside would somehow heal the inside. My work is built on the truth that lasting transformation is an inside-out job, founded on self-compassion and positive self-regard.
I partner with the woman who is a master of her universe, but often feels like she's holding it all together with sheer force of will.
This is the reality of high-functioning anxiety. We learn to "mask" our inner turmoil with a flawless exterior of competence and achievement.
The body often becomes the final frontier for this perfectionism—another project to control, another way to prove we are 'enough'. It's an exhausting, isolating way to live.

I chose this path after spending most of my 20’s yo-yo dieting, dealing with poor body image, hormonal issues, overtraining and under-eating that left me feeling burnt out, stressed and just unhappy with who I was inside and out.
With over 10 years experience in the health & fitness industry, I have helped an array of women develop a beautiful relationship with their bodies by creating sustainable lifestyle and nutrition habits that lead to improved energy and mood, better digestion, better sleep, balanced hormones and more confidence so they can live their best life.
Each clients program is tailored specifically to them so they can get the results they need. I teach them how to maintain their progress and also how to optimise their health for the long term. Working with my clients one on one means they aren’t being given cookie cutter meal or workout plans.
The close support from me that each client receives allows them to create new habits, have guidance through their journey and help them nail each week, overcoming any hurdles along the way without falling into any bad habits or mindset.
